• Sewer dumping on site (must have a portable holding tank to transfer and dump waste)

You must provide your own electricity through solar power or a generator. You are allowed to run your generator from 9am-5pm.

You must manage your own garbage. Trash dump/transfer station located 2 miles down the road off of route 66.

Long term lease only for a period of 6 months to 12 months.

RV’s, trailer pulls, campers, camper vans, and tiny houses welcome! Your rig must be 2010 or newer.

Pets allowed within reason.

You must have a 4WD vehicle for year round access to the property.

Payments processed through PayPal. All major credit and debit cards accepted.
